Current Employee - Infant Lead Teacher

Pros

Very Understanding Management and Fun Atmosphere

Cons

can be frustrating and tiring

Advice to Management

keep being amazing

"Value"May 4, 2016

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Carroll Child Care and Learning Center full-time

Pros

Small center with a little flexibility

Cons

They don't value the teachers and at times don't follow ratio guidelines. It's amazing how a once reputable school could go down hill so quickly, but it starts at the top ....quality leadership is... key.

Advice to Management

When your staff feels valued they will go above and beyond for you. Dealing with children everyday is a hard drive acknowledge our hard work. Value us.
