Current Employee - Lead Teacher

I have been working at Primrose Schools full-time for more than a year

Pros

I have been working at Primrose of Minnetonka for a little over a year. I have worked at numerous other schools, and am so happy I found Primrose of Minnetonka. They have a great staff that truly... cares about their students and values quality early childhood education. The curriculum is rich and provides teachers with everything they need to teach successful lessons each day. There is a resource room full of additional things that teachers might need so they don't need to spend their own money on their classroom. The executive Chef is amazing, and provides a breakfast, lunch and two snacks for students and staff to enjoy. The management team truly wants to support their teachers and classrooms and are in and out of the rooms supporting in numerous ways.

Cons

I am not aware of Cons at Primrose of Minnetonka at this time.
