Great resume builder Challenging projects Wide variety of projects Fast paced, but fair (the odd late night s to be expected) Good work/life balance

Cons

Too many meetings Creative teams are detached from clients Many, many legal restrictions stymie creativity Lots of revisions Sometimes the process gets in the way of actually creating deliverables

Advice to Management

Get creative teams closer to clients. Focus on processes that get results, not the process itself. Really, this is a great place to work.
