Current Employee - Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

I have been working at ProStep Rehabilitation part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Wonderful therapists, director is amazing, most kids are eager and willing to work, flexible scheduling, everyone is so kind, love it

Cons

Due to working with many different patients with many different schedules and scheduling conflicts, there are times when there are last minute cancellations

Advice to Management

No advice - they're doing great!

Current Employee - Licensed Occupational Therapist

I have been working at Fox Rehabilitation full-time for more than a year

Pros

Flexible schedule! As long as you build your schedule ahead of time and do not mind working longer days you can have a 4 day work week. Very helpful team members

Cons

No reimbursement for milage. Need to make up cancelled visits which is often very hard to do.
