Current Employee - Production Supervisor

I have been working at Progress Rail, A Caterpillar Company full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Fast paced environment with great coworkers. Health benefits are one of the best in the country!

Cons

Need to be willing to get your hands dirty.

Advice to Management

Provide more training for all faculty leaders.

Former Intern - Automated Testing

I worked at Ontario Systems for less than a year

Pros

Ontario Systems honestly has a fantastic office culture that really strongly encourages having a real work/life balance - we work to live, we don't live to work. At the same time, in my experience at... Ontario Systems, I was allowed to work on real, relevant projects very quickly, while given enormous support from my manager and co-workers during my on-the-job training. And, at my last check - free Starbucks coffee on drip in the break room.

Cons

Some of the work tended to be repetitive, but that's more likely a reflection of the specific position in which I worked and my level of experience rather than any negative reflection on the overall... management of Ontario Systems. This form requires me to provide some negative comment.
