The training we undergo helps us succeed as employees! We have the BEST work life balance. Essex cares about you as a person, not just as an employee. We get a lot of benefits such as PTO, refresh... days, 401K, etc. There's is opportunity to advance and move up. Essex takes your concerns and escaletes them to find the solution.

Cons

Like any job, just wanting to get paid more as the cost of living continues to increase.
