I have been working at Prospect Capital full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Opportunity to work with intelligent, hardworking and motivated individuals. Most employees genuinely want to work hard and do a good job. Autonomy and responsibility -there is opportunity to... self-manage. Meritocracy- work hard and you will be rewarded. The size and structure of the company allows for growth. Fast-paced environment means no two days are the same. Excellent benefits- health insurance, Friday lunches/bagel Mondays, team events, company wide events (skiing trip, boat trip, holiday dinner).

Cons

Prospect’s environment is not for everyone. Dedicated, proactive and ambitious individuals will do well. It can very fast-paced and senior management have high expectations of all employees.

PIRS Capital is an exciting, growing company where your work is recognized, and you feel like your contributions matter. Management is incredibly passionate about the company, the industry and... the development of their peers. There is a culture of positivity and everyone truly wants to help each other succeed. This makes coming to work every day a pleasure and motivates you to prove your worth and always output 100%.
