"Working at PSV"May 30, 2019

Former Employee - Phlebotomist

I worked at Providence Health & Services full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Working as a team helps the day float on by. I worked the AM shift and it went by super quick.

Cons

incentives. In the beginning it was great but I feel like the company focused more of rebuilding the building then the employees.

Advice to Management

keep up the good work and remember to recognize the team.

I have been working at UCLA Health full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

good benefits, teamwork environment, good pay

Cons

need more resources, very busy patients needing more staffing
