Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Prudential Overall Supply full-time

Pros

A great deal of transparency between the corporate office and each of the plants. Feels very much like a family atmosphere.

Cons

A bit slow to adopt technology in the past, but beginning to do more to ensure they keep up with the most important trends.

Former Employee - Field Technician

I worked at Construction Testing & Engineering full-time for more than a year

Pros

The work environment is very relaxed. As long as your work gets done, no one breathes down your neck. Management team is excellent. I feel I was very fairly compensated.

Cons

The health insurance cost was a little higher than expected. There are some spans where work is scarce, but that is just as much the industry as the company.

Advice to Management

Things could be a little more streamlined and organized, but overall I have a highly favorable view of this company and it’s leadership. They’re a smaller outfit, and while it has its cons, it has... its pros. Everyone knows each other by name, and it’s like a family.
