Current Employee - Senior Compliance Associate

I have been working at Prudential full-time

Pros

Company is based in New York

Cons

Company is very traditional and conservative.

Current Employee - Inside Sales Representative

I have been working at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance full-time for more than a year

Pros

Goals are very attainable. Great management, they work with you if you're falling behind in a certain goal. They dont threaten your job like some companies do. Great benefits. You can buy an extra... week of vacation. But really they give you alot even your first year (about 3 weeks) its PTO/Sick time. Lots of opportunity for advancement into other positions.

Cons

Work can get repetitive, but that's to be expected anywhere.

Advice to Management

Keep up the great work!
