Current Employee - Product Owner

I have been working at Prudential full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Prudential has a great culture focused on employee development, talent, and continuous improvement. The company definitely takes care of its workforce and managers are expected to do the same. Lots... of great people and teams, and I truly enjoy working there.

Cons

Lots of reorgs and changes in management. I've had multiple managers, VPs, and CMOs since I started. Seems every 2 years minimum there's a major shift with layoffs.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Hartville Group full-time

Pros

Mostly nice people but could be run better.

Cons

Some depts have people who are unwilling to listen or use suggestions for change. Management plays favorites and only listens to these people. The CEO who is great is not listened to enough which is... odd too see in any co.

Advice to Management

Add to staff with people who have fresh ideas and new ways to improve.
