Current Employee - Product Owner

I have been working at Prudential full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Prudential has a great culture focused on employee development, talent, and continuous improvement. The company definitely takes care of its workforce and managers are expected to do the same. Lots... of great people and teams, and I truly enjoy working there.

Cons

Lots of reorgs and changes in management. I've had multiple managers, VPs, and CMOs since I started. Seems every 2 years minimum there's a major shift with layoffs.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Premera Blue Cross full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

It is refreshing to work for a company that is trying to make a difference in healthcare and truly cares about doing it right. Love the benefits; great medical plan as you would expect but also have... a retirement plan and 401(k)!

Cons

Sometimes too many meetings, but I have seen improvement.
