Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at T. Edmund Garrity & Insurance full-time

Pros

Great work/life balance, very supportive management, team- oriented atmosphere

Cons

Salaries are a bit below average, ‘meh’ benefits package, sales goals, which they base bonuses on, are very high and practically non-attainable.

Advice to Management

More/ higher incentive options that are more attainable than current sales goals, more frequent raises, better health insurance plan would make this the ideal company to work for.
