Current Employee - Relief Manager

I have been working at Public Storage full-time for less than a year

Pros

There are so many things that I love about this job. Me and my District Manager have an amazing relationship, the leniency of the job is great, we have an amazing team of people that we work with and... the teamwork that everyone shares is outstanding!! All in all I love my job so much and the people that I work with are amazing! Were like one big family! Incentive bonuses for properties too :) who doesnt want an extra $150 bonus!

Cons

The office can definitely get a little hectic and time management is definitely a huge factor. Personally i think the pay is a little low for what we go through being on the front lines but you cant... win them all.

Advice to Management

Maybe some raises and more insensitive for people who are on the front lines working in the offices and dealing with customers all day.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Castle & Cooke full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great benefits, medical starts on the 1st day of the month after you are hired and the 401k matching contribution is vested immediately.

Cons

Corporate culture is work overload, no life. The tax department micromanages, plays favorites, and often yells at lower level employees. No room for growth.

Advice to Management

Allow employees to determine their own schedule.
