Pros

Cons

We Only get 3 holidays off

Advice to Management

Would be awesome to get bonuses for our sales performance.

Former Employee - Development Services Associate

I worked at Goodman Real Estate full-time

Pros

This is a company that encourages growth and recognizes employees for going the extra mile. If you are a self-starter, you will succeed here! New ideas are always welcome and everyone has a voice at... the table, no matter the position. Work relationships are highly valued and there are lots of opportunities to get to know your coworkers!

Cons

This is a growing company and growth always brings periods of uncomfortability. Flexibility and adapatability are definitely needed to work here. Upper management knows that change can be difficult... and works hard to minimize the impact.
