Compare Publix vs ALDI

Pros

Can work with your hours for flexibility, (in my opinion)pretty high pay scale for a retail grocery store, opportunity to grow within the company.

Cons

It really depends on the store and the managers you have. Two associates from the same store could share very different opinions of the company based on what department that person works in and/or... what manager that person has.

Pros

Great place to work! Super encouraging and engaging management, who really cares about seeing employees do well.

Cons

Office is in the suburbs which may be a bit of a drive, and pay is quite low in lower level roles (often times hourly pay as well)
