I worked at ICG Medical full-time for more than a year

Pros

1. Perfect Shift Timings. 2.Good Transport reimbursement 3. Good Salary -Only thing keep you motivated to work

Cons

1.No Increment from last 3 years which is really disheartening. 2. Those who are close to Sales manager , just those people will get increment or promotions . 3. If you do hard work /smart work you... will never get promotion/hike . You have to keep revolve around sales manager in global office to get noticed . 4. Manager always says they cannot do your appraisal/promotion as they are not growing . If you need increment you have to hit your targets which are really un-realistic 5 .Useless hierarchy because only two person rules here i.e., Director and Global Sales Manager-

Advice to Management

Please keep your employee happy as they are giving you business and you are not able to make them happy. Stop treating them like dogs. We are in India, if we will not get our yearly appraisal ,... how can we grow in term of financial growth ???????
