I have been working at Truveris full-time for less than a year

Pros

Truveris empowers users to determine how to allocate their time and work on projects that they can add value to the company. I feel like the work I do directly impacts the quality of Truveris... products and services and it gives me great job satisfaction. I feel like my fellow employees and leadership value me as a person and value my contributions to the company.

Cons

Right now the work environment is virtual because of COVID and I miss person-to-person interaction...but I am getting the camaraderie and cultural fit via lots of Zoom meetings and online interaction.

Advice to Management

Keep on respecting employees and empowering them to channel their talents to greatest effect to boost the company.
