Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at PwC full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Teaches you how to get work done in a professional manner, competitive salary right out of undergrad

Cons

Hours can be long, lack of control over project placement,

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at First Generation full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

- It is a smaller company, so everyone knows each others names. - The owner really does try to give as many perks to the employees as the budget allows (picnics, holiday parties, lunches, massage... sessions etc.) - Many innovative and creative people to work with.

Cons

- Being a smaller company, they can sometimes be stretched for enough people to do a job. (Although I've seen that same issue in multi-national corporations as well.) - Also being a smaller company,... the benefits packages can be a bit pricey, but they do everything they can to help keep the cost down.
