Pros
- It is a smaller company, so everyone knows each others names. - The owner really does try to give as many perks to the employees as the budget allows (picnics, holiday parties, lunches, massage... sessions etc.) - Many innovative and creative people to work with.
Cons
- Being a smaller company, they can sometimes be stretched for enough people to do a job. (Although I've seen that same issue in multi-national corporations as well.) - Also being a smaller company,... the benefits packages can be a bit pricey, but they do everything they can to help keep the cost down.
