Pyxle has no pros to mention at all.
Worst HR & Finance management. Lowest salaries. Less job satisfaction. Unstable projects. Worst management. Break labour laws. Late EPF and ETF payments. No annual trips, no bonus, no proper... imcrements. Employment is contract basis which is not communicated until the employee starts his/her first day at Pyxle.
Advice to Management
Update the salary and HR practises according latest standards and labour law.

Opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative and energetic environment if you are willing to grab on to it. Without question the best opportunity I have ever had to voice my passions and be... given the opportunity to execute them. Awesome people and a fun environment to work. Flat org style and almost no BS around many of the traditional professional services firm’s traditions around perceptions and rules. Drive results and be elevated. Stay for a long time or leave when your ready, Pyxl is a worthwhile mark on your career.
Most roles are hard and you need to be self motivated. The team rallies around each other and there are lifelong friendships that develop from it, but it is only for those willing to make work a high... priority. You will be ready to execute as a digital marketing professional at the highest levels after a stint here, but as with all good things that requires real commitment. Frankly if you are looking for something comfortable I would look elsewhere. You will have your comfort zones challenged.
Advice to Management
New focus is good and that is the order of the day. This is an evolving market and therefor an evolving business. Share that vision with the new crop of talent emerging from Knoxville and beyond.... Keep to the best values of Pyxl past and embrace the new lessons learned from the new trajectory as agencies must do to improve.
