I worked at QVC full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

CEO is excellent with exceptional vision for continuous growth. Great place to grow and develop and excellent senior leaders. Culture is not just a fad; the values are modeled and expected.

Cons

24/7 company; very busy and sometimeS working when off. But company is great so you want to give discretionary effort to support success.

Advice to Management

Keep focusing on development. Get a little more diverse with HR team.

Pros

If you mess up you get coached and everyone is there to help The work environment is lively and the pay is good for what you have to do. Customer service isn't for everyone but if you don't let it... get to you its an easy and good job.
