Featured Review

I worked at Qantas

Pros

Fun team, great benefits, and strong focus on workplace culture.

Cons

Organisation structure can be a bit confusing at times, as is typical in very large companies.

Current Employee - Pilot

I have been working at Jetstar Airways full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Can be home most nights, easy flying, staff travel is good.

Cons

Pay is not very good compared to other airlines, worker-management relationship is not very good, Southwest-culture wannabe.

Advice to Management

Reward employees with some tangible rewards, not a mere BRAVO or tap in the back.
