Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Qlik full-time for more than 3 years

- Data is exploding and this company has the best data analytics platform in the industry - Qlik's solutions are available online & offline, in the cloud, on the desktop and right on your mobile... devices. - People are top notch, Qlik does a minimum of 5 interviews with coding assignments (for R&D positions) and ensures both technical and culture fit before hiring - Since going private a few years ago Qlik has increased its profitability significantly - Lots of opportunity to work in different areas, international travel (including exchange program), and self initiated promotion opportunities - Qlik has a real corporate social responsibility program, donating time, money and technology to help organizations like Medair and the United Nations do the great work they do worldwide

- Qlik are a global company (which is a good thing) and you need to be flexible with working hours to adapt to different time zones - Hard to think of any cons . . . keeping up with the many changes... in technology and roadmap, but this is what an Agile company is all about

Advice to Management

Don't get shortsighted, and don't follow the competition, set your own path, this is what made Qlik successful from the beginning.

Current Employee - Technical Recruiter

I have been working at Talentlab full-time for more than 3 years

-interesting and challenging technical roles to work on -biz dev team does a great job connecting us with amazing partners to work with -lots of autonomy, very little micro-management as long as... you're performing -driven by results, not metrics. -specialize in whatever vertical, tech stack you prefer

-lacking some protocols and systems for information exchange between business units opening the door for some administrative misses and communication slip ups. As we continue to grow, tighter... processes will become a necessary evil.

Advice to Management

- while navigating our growth, keep the autonomy and results orientation in play rather than bogging down into metrics. Tighter processes don't have to lead to stunted freedom and creativity in... getting the job done right.
