Current Employee - Engineer

I have been working at Qualcomm full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Good management, talented people

Cons

Salary not so competitive, various uncertainties hovering around since 2 years

"Finance Manager"Mar 31, 2016

I worked at IDX Systems for more than a year

Pros

Great company name and industry recognition. Many opportunities for career progression and skill development.

Cons

Extremely bottom line driven. Annually cull out 10% of those rated at the bottom of the bell curve in their performance evaluation process but the process is exceptionally political.
