I have been working at Touchtown full-time for less than a year
Pros
Touchtown's people are incredible, the work is challenging and the environment is fun. There's never a dull moment especially since the company has been acquired by Uniguest and become part of a... global portfolio. Management genuinely cares about your career growth. The dogs and frequent fun activities definitely help! The location is awesome, no city parking and you're going opposite of traffic if you're coming from Pittsburgh. It's just outside of the city, too, so not far.
Cons
I haven't experienced any so far. There's very low turnover and the company's outlook is consistently positive.
Advice to Management
Keep on keeping on!
