Can't think of anything, literally nothing.

Cons

Employees are treated poorly, yelled at by management ALL OF THE TIME. Company DOES NOT PAY going rates and skimps on everything. Their idea of employee appreciation is a small BBQ every year to 6... months. They do not give bonuses, even for Xmas. There are favorites, if you aren't one, you will not be treated well.

Advice to Management

Act professional, and your age. Pay people what they are worth.
