I have been working at R.R. Donnelley full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

working with my team to generate success

Cons

nothing that I know of

Marketing Representative

I worked at Global Document Solutions

Pros

It is one fantastic place to start a career. You go through the same training as all Xerox Reps. You can run your own business straight out of college. It is an amazing amount of responsibility. ... You literally control the accounts within your zip-codes. You can sell the full line of Xerox solutions and answer to one manager.

Cons

It is a small company. People have to quit or resign for you to be promoted. There is high turnover and high stress. Not many people straight out of college can cut it. You need to be disciplined... and have a quick mind to learn all of the ins and outs of the business. Leasing, the technology, server environments, internal buying processes of your customers. The list could go on forever. As long as you learn fast and are willing to study you will be fine.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. You are making tons of money and giving people out of college a chance to succeed.
