Current Employee - SEO Strategist

I have been working at Reunion Marketing full-time for more than a year

Pros

Reunion has built a culture of growth and trust that makes it easy for hard-working or creative individuals to succeed. New ideas come from every level, and management is always looking for... opportunities to elevate these ideas. Since Reunion is a growing company, there is room for advancement. I've already been promoted several times since starting two years ago.

Cons

Though the constant change and growth helps keep work consistently engaging, it can be a little overwhelming. Often, new processes are on the horizon just as I've finally gotten used to the last... batch.
