Former Intern - Sales Intern

I worked at RDO Equipment Co. for less than a year

Pros

There is always a good mood in the office. Everyone is great at their jobs and very helpful. Great place to work. The company is very good to employees and often has events to celebrate the employees.

Cons

At times there was not enough work for all of the interns to do.

Advice to Management

Pre-plan for the interns to have specific tasks before then start the summer.

Current Employee - Territory Manager

I have been working at Hi-Line full-time for less than a year

Pros

Hi-Line is a very supportive company in terms of everything from HR to compensation. The company itself puts quality product out to their customers and upholds their employees to the highest... standards and expectations but also treats them with the same amount of decency and respect as well. Hi-Line has allowed me the freedoms and comforts to build my own business and grow as an individual, while still being supported by a great company, who backs me 100%.

Cons

At this time, I have not experienced a downside in my role with the company.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing!
