great company culture. No micromanaging. Excellent training and company perks

not enough one on one time with immediate supervisor

Advice to Management

Give some of the task work to the field support team so the local management can schedule in more time for face to face calls with the customers and ride along's with salespeople

Pros

If you mess up you get coached and everyone is there to help The work environment is lively and the pay is good for what you have to do. Customer service isn't for everyone but if you don't let it... get to you its an easy and good job.
