My experience is that you have a lot of autonomy. Agio takes its culture book quite seriously, and it shows. We're encouraged to #speakup as #fullyformed adults. And, yes, we use the hashtags! I've... reported to three separate people in my tenure and have only felt appreciated and empowered. I recommend Agio.
