Former Intern - Anonymous Intern

I worked at RW&Co

Pros

Family owned business Good people who care about their workers Cool product Laid back atmosphere

Cons

Small office Sometimes disorganized management team

Advice to Management

Need to keep thinking of new products

Former Employee - Clothing Associate

I worked at Harry Rosen full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great benefit , great clothing discounts

Cons

Management not on the same page, managers don't know how to train staff

Advice to Management

Listen to your staff, get to know them and understand you are running a business, if you listen to your staff and they are happy they will perform, don't listen to your staff and they are not happy... they will not perform. Don't force good people out . Work with them instead.
