Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Rain Bird full-time for more than a year

Pros

While they run a "pretty lean ship", this means that you have a lot of latitude to operate within your area of responsibility. Not a lot of oversight and/or micro-managing with a premium put on... getting results within the context of the company culture (e.g getting results but not at the sacrifice of compliance or integrity).

Cons

If you require a lot of direction in your day-to-day work OR are not used to a fast-paced get results climate, this would not be a good place for you.

Current Employee - Account Executive

I have been working at Sunquest Information Systems full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Being is sales, there are many ways to make your goal and earn a good living. I have not a bad thing to say about anyone in the company, there is a great family like environment.

Cons

There has been a lot of turn over in the last few years for both leadership and non leadership, but the leadership today is great. If everyone decides to stay in their roles, we have a great team!

Advice to Management

The less turn over the better.
