Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Raley's full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

They care about the people that work there, and take care of each other.

Cons

Budgets can be tight at times.

I have been working at Caltrans

Pros

Stability, great leadership, career progression and being a civil servant.

Cons

Lack of flexibility, a lot of red tape, archaic processes and low salary.

Advice to Management

Flexibility is essential if you want to attract talented workers. Examine your processes and look for ways to change and become efficient. Most employees want to be busy and challenged.
