Great, good faith recruiter and account management POC. Easy to work with and very pleasant. Upfront and honest about using my own equipment. (That was the client’s preference and I was glad that... Ranstad did advise me of this at the outset.) Ethical staffing firm.
Only thing was no sick time. benefits were expensive and minimal coverage. Some peer contractors in my assigned company/role did have sick time and better benefits, along with tuition contribution... after a certain time period. Other contractors from different agencies did not have any benefits. This was my first contract experience, so I’m not certain what the standard is. I did not ask, but should have. That’s all.
Advice to Management
Keep up the great work. Ethics is everything and you nailed it! Please consider any additional perks to maintain your outstanding brand. Again, great job!
