Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Recipe Unlimited Corporation full-time

Pros

Good customer service attitude towards clients

Cons

Management thinks small. Too many people without the proper skills.

Advice to Management

Develop real training opportunities. Hire better talent. Trust your employees

Current Employee - Assistant Manager

I have been working at Harvey's Restaurant full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The Owners are great and there are plenty of chances for rapid advancement. Upscale and Casual Restaurants that pay well.

Cons

This is still a small company that is growing. The good news is they are looking to franchise, but need to control quality.

Advice to Management

Keep Growing and Franchise Quality
