I have been working at Red Ventures full-time for more than 8 years
I've been able to grow my role into exactly what I want to be doing and where I want to be in the company. This is because they recognized my expertise and let me run with it. Having come from an... agency where your role can be swept into the folds of timesheets, bureaucracy and wasted effort and I'm forever grateful for the autonomy and respect that has always been shown to me. Have to add that the annual and mid-year review process is top notch. I not get such valuable feedback but I've worked at companies where reviews are promised but neglected/an afterthought by my manager. Not at RV.
Adjusting to the fast pace can be jarring, but once you're used to it you make it work for you.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing.
I have been working at nCino full-time for more than 3 years
Applicable interview to the applying job. A bit of canned leet code and a large chunk of relevant material!
No cons. They seem to know their stuff and be very astute in their discussion making process and were able to assess my current abilities as it applied to alternative internal positions and being... able to transition throughout the company.
Advice to Management
None. I still really enjoy working for nCino.
