I have been working at Redfin full-time

Pros

Uniquely feels like a place where people care about each other as people. There's a sense of psychological safety. Lots of collaboration and supportive working environment. People culture is... awesome.

Cons

Real estate is at the whim of macro trends (e.g. interest rates) that can both positively and negatively impact the company and seem out of the company's control.

Advice to Management

Protect the culture, it's what makes working at Redfin better than at other companies that may pay more but will crush your soul.
