Current Employee - Community Manager

I have been working at Regus full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Good pay, good benefits, fast pace

Cons

Sometimes working with different clients and needs can be overwhelming, I'd say that's the good and bad part

Former Employee - Tutor

I worked at Explore Learning part-time for more than a year

Pros

Pay is based on performance and length of service. Hours are flexible. Community spirit. More hours in school holidays. No tutoring prep required, simply facilitate the programme. Socials payed for.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other tutoring options. Lotssssssssss of training.
