"I enjoy my job"Jul 17, 2019

Current Employee - Inside Account Executive

I have been working at Renaissance Learning full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great work/life balance work from home great mission statement reputable well-known and trusted company.

Cons

The working from home makes it hard to "connect" with other employees. No transparency into other open positions within the company. Jobs aren't posted internally, so you have to know the hiring... manager if you want to move to a different territory or position.

Advice to Management

Don't make changes to what we can sell during the height of the selling season.

Cons

Marine credit union hasn’t had any cons for me! Great opportunity’s for career growth or those just starting out!

Advice to Management

Management takes their team out to acknowledge a great month! I would say to just keep that up!
