Pros

Leadership the last couple years has been a positive force focused on supporting teachers and students from all backgrounds Colleagues throughout R&D care about the product vision and the... mission

Cons

Compensation is not great though reasonable, and only a little room for advancement internally

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you've been doing these last couple years: communicating openly, focusing on teachers and students, listening to your employees.

Pros

The people, #1. They are some of the most creative, kind and hard working people I’ve ever worked with. #2, the mission, the majority of all colleagues are there to help kids and educators! #3... innovation,everyone is working around the clock to bring some really great things to the market that will really help educators.

Sometimes work life balance is hard.
