Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Renzenberger full-time

Pros

If driving your passion, it’ll be no problem working for this company.

Cons

Yard and radius Driver don’t have any Cons

Current Employee - Signaling Engineer

I have been working at Hitachi Rail full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Extremely talented coworkers, everyone genuinely wants to help. Flexible hours. Free parking.

Cons

A bit overworked at the moment and they seem more willing to hire from outside people with less experience than promote from within. I feel like over a long term career I would have to quit and apply... to get rehired in a better position to truly get promoted.

Advice to Management

Management is fantastic.
