Former Intern - Anonymous Intern

I worked at Replicon

Pros

-Really amicable team -Catered lunches and kitchen is great -Beautiful office and location

Cons

-Communication and guidelines between teams isn't the best

Current Employee - Lead Generation Specialist

I have been working at Azuga full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great opportunity to learn software sales at a growing company, or take your skills to the next level, new office and there will be room to grow. The people are awesome, we have a family atmosphere... in the office. I've sat in meetings with the CEO and President and was able to share ideas about the industry and company. The focus is on aggressively expanding market share and making money. Exciting time to join the company as we expand our reach within the US.

Cons

Not the right opportunity if you lack ambition, don't want to work hard, and have thin skin. You need to be able to bring it everyday, take constructive criticism, and apply what's being taught.

Advice to Management

Only hire the best and we will dominate the market.
