Former Employee - Technical Recruiter

There are none that I can think off.

Advice to Management

You are doing a great job.

Current Employee - Vice President

I have been working at Frank Recruitment Group full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

I started working at FRG shortly after I graduated college and haven't ever looked back. The opportunity is truly there to not only be in total control of your earnings, but of your career as well.... One of the best parts about working at FRG is that the job is never boring. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, and as soon as you get settled into a position, you have the opportunity to expand your skillset and take on new responsibilities if that is what you want

Cons

Purely by the nature of what we are doing (working with people and organizations to provide them Recruitment Services), you can do everything correctly and sometimes a placement might fall through... that is absolutely out of your control. It's our job as Managers to help identify those potential issues as early as possible and tackle them in a proactive manner rather than in a reactive way.

Advice to Management

Keep it simple
