Current Employee - Digital Strategist

I have been working at Resolution full-time for more than a year

Pros

They have some great clients and the work is very engaging. I work directly with senior leaders who are very smart and know their craft well. They are interested in making sure you are learning and... happy to work there. My team is small and support one another. We have very strong leadership from the top and we feel that they are invested in the people working here.

Cons

Some cons to being a part of Omnicom. It's a large and slow organization but has strong network of clients. Some times life/work balance can be difficult

Advice to Management

Continue doing what you are doing. Do more to make sure your people are engaged and are growing their skills.
