Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Restaurant Depot full-time for less than a year

Pros

To be to be quite honest with you I believe that I would be an valuable asset to our company being that I am a reliable Work, Sweat & Tears employee. I'm not searching for a job I want an CAREER... with Restaurant Depot, I'm a firm believer in cleanliness, Timing and Respect for my fellow co-workers and OR Supervisors.

Cons

There aren't any I love warehouse employment

Advice to Management

By just giving me 1 chance I promise our company will be very satisfied with your decision I will NOT let you down ..

Current Employee - Senior Manager

I have been working at ACV Auctions full-time for less than a year

Pros

Collaborative and open - from senior leadership to entry-level, people are very open to work together and try new ideas. Compensation is fair and generous. From a culture standpoint, ACV is... truly committed to being a great place to work - from wellness benefits like weekly yoga classes to standing desks to weekly mini-massage appointments, they deliver creative ways to keep their employees happy.

Cons

With the fast pace of growth, the company is still working out the kinks for communications and getting everyone on the same page. But they're also committed to continuously improving and proactively... seek feedback.
