Good pay and benefits, steady solid work, union job, established brand, performance incentives, premium pay for holidays, good retirement program
Cons
Attendance program is unforgiving, long hours, very few weekends off, not available for home life lots of times, large gap between 2 weeks to 3 weeks vacation, no guarantees on holidays
Advice to Management
Plan well enough ahead so that the employees can plan time for family on holidays. A happy home makes a happy employee.

A great culture as a private company, the organization continues to evolve as a public company. Leadership is very focused on the employee experience while trying to grow the business in these very... challenging economic times (supply chain challenges, rising commodity prices, etc.)
