I worked at Reynolds Food Packaging full-time for more than 5 years
Good pay and benefits, steady solid work, union job, established brand, performance incentives, premium pay for holidays, good retirement program
Attendance program is unforgiving, long hours, very few weekends off, not available for home life lots of times, large gap between 2 weeks to 3 weeks vacation, no guarantees on holidays
Advice to Management
Plan well enough ahead so that the employees can plan time for family on holidays. A happy home makes a happy employee.
I have been working at Reynolds Consumer Products full-time for more than 3 years
A great culture as a private company, the organization continues to evolve as a public company. Leadership is very focused on the employee experience while trying to grow the business in these very... challenging economic times (supply chain challenges, rising commodity prices, etc.)
Career advancement can be hard since there are fewer available positions as you advance in your career
