Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Robomodo full-time

Pros

Lots of talent, both new and old. Lots of different projects. Teams are taken care of well. Good new office space right in downtown near everything.

Cons

Sometimes projects can get really busy.

Advice to Management

Please keep the culture and spirits high

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at NetherRealm full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

35 Hour weeks, great bonus package, slower paced than other studios, friendly, goal-focused co-workers. You can find drama if you're the kind of person that wants to find it but otherwise you can... just show up, do your work, and head home.

Cons

Their HR is afraid to fire low performers, so they are carrying a lot of dead weight. People who haven't worked anywhere else think they are doing "crunch" if they work 45 hours...

Advice to Management

Have the tough conversations, or get someone from WB to do it for you.
