Current Contractor - Junior Game Designer

I have been working at Rockstar Games for less than a year

Pros

one of the best things i found was the fact that just working with the company was cool but also meeting new people and seeing what the game industry was like.

Cons

one of the downsides if the competition company's give you bull and long hours.

Advice to Management

If you want to really make some money in the gaming industry you want a v.r game but not only that you want to survey the entire game population if you can. i have motive here with this i really... live in the ghetto's and i know how to make your company badass. i mean legit what if some one had 3 good ideas for you just to start and you could get millions of fans and also get high quality in gaming for rockstar beyond the red dead series. just ask me my name is justin i have surveyed a entire area in phoenix az, just for some advice to you..free of charge. i always just wanted a chance to help out the game company i like best.

Pros

Interesting projects, very nice and talented crew. Management cared about the employees. Best experience I've ever had working for a game developer.

Cons

Not much, I loved working there.
