I worked out of the New York office on the Practice Development team. I had a great working experience. My managers were attentive, smart and invested in my growth. It was a great environment to... start my career. Also, Ropes & Gray has a robust support/staff group. It's very easy to find specialized help for tasks. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but Ropes is a corporate environment, so keep that in mind.
